Wassen op 30°C – Het kledingstuk mag in de wasmachine op maximaal 30 graden gewassen worden.

Strijken op middelhoge temperatuur (max. 150°C) – Strijken op een gematigde temperatuur, geschikt voor de meeste stoffen zoals polyester en wol.
